Vaginal Prolapse

Pelvic organ prolapse is a condition in which structures such as the uterus, rectum, bladder, urethra, small bowel, or the vagina itself may begin to prolapse or fall, out of their normal position. Prolapse structures may eventually farther and farther into the vagina or even through the vaginal opening if their supports weaken enough.

Vaginal prolapse is a condition out from the position of normal condition. This condition usually happens after birth of first child and this changes can be seen easily. You really don’t want if he become uninterested because of this problem. So from the beginning you must keep your weight and avoid obesity that can become a trigger factor.

Birth child more than three times or long process of birth can cause this prolapse. Fifty percent women births have dysfunction risk on pelvis. To reduce risk can do exercise and diet.
